Five Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Go To 10’s Makeup Look On Your Own | 10’s makeup look

There is one thing that every 60's makeup look should possess, and that is a smattering of feathers on the eyelids. You know, those little black ones you see on old movies. These are an absolute must if you are trying to pull off the 60's makeup look.

The key to pulling off this look is using black and white powder. You want to use a very light form of eye shadow, preferably one that does not have glitter in it. You are going to need a powder eye shadow that does not have glitter in it at all. This would be the darkest black powder you can possibly get your hands on. Then you will apply this to your entire lid area, along with a bit of eye shadow along the outer corner.

Next, you will take a bit of white powder and use it to line the inside of your eyelid. You are going to do this in small circles, because you want to keep some of the lighter color in the liner. Then, just brush some of that powder over your eyelid.

For the last step, you are going to want to use a very thin line of mascara on the bottom half of your eye. Do not go for a thick look, but rather a very smudge proof line. This is also to help keep some of the darker color in the eye liner in place. You do want to make sure that there is absolutely no smudging when you remove the makeup. That little smudge is all you need to pull off the 60's makeup look perfectly.

Remember, everything has to be just as you want it. If you try to go too far and add in a few things that you are not happy with, then the whole look will be ruined. Try to stay away from any sort of glitter, as it tends to stand out and not look so natural. Also, wear some black false eyelashes to really add that wow factor. If you have them nicely placed and pulled back, you will really make anyone think that you have eyeshadow.

Remember, if you do not like the way that your eyeshadow makes you look, then you can always go back and change the colors that you have chosen. There are plenty of great new colors out on the market today that you can choose from. Once you get the right look, you can go ahead and apply a little bit of eyeliner to highlight everything, or even take the edge off with some glitter eyeshadow. No matter what you choose to do with your eye makeup, just remember that it has to be as natural looking as possible.
